Self-Nourishing Aromatherapy and Yoga Nidra Workshop

Yoga Nidra practice induces complete relaxation while maintaining consciousness. You will travel to the space between wakefulness and sleep, thereby restoring wellness on all levels of being.

Self-care massage is an empowering and effective tool that decreases tension and increases circulation.
Aromatherapy soothes the limbic brain (the most ancient and primitive part of the brain associated with emotion).
Yoga Nidra is a systematic process of deepening relaxation, an internal, meditative yoga that happens while your body is completely still. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra is more restful than 4 hours of normal sleep!

When we remove stressors, the body relaxes and the immune system functions more efficiently.
Vitality and vibrant health are restored. We have more energy to do the things we want to do!

Wear comfortable clothes (think pajamas) and leave the belts and bras behind. No previous experience necessary.
