You’ve been meaning to try yoga... This is the perfect opportunity! You will learn the basic alignment and form of over 40 postures, breathing techniques, yoga philosophy and concepts that will inspire and empower you on and off your mat. Demonstration, discussion, personal hands-on adjustments, and guided practice, provide you with a solid foundation for any style of yoga.
We promote non-competition and non-judgement in a welcoming atmosphere.
